Swimhero is a patented floating and swimming suit in one for babies and children from 2-6 years. A Swimhero corrects the floating position and gradually adapts to the swimming level of the kid while it advances its skills by removing floating elements from the jacket.
When we got in contact with An Neyens, the inventor of Swimhero and founder of the company, she had a less fortunate experience with product designers before. With PinkOliv we comforted her and relieved the stress by rethinking the product, simplifying the production process, source the right suppliers and production partner and coach her through the startup process. In order to keep track on the budget and speed up the time to market, we used a lean development process with different prototyping and testing phases.
